The relatively high aluminium content enhances both strength (through greater precipitation hardening) and oxidation resistance of Nimonic 86 Sheet. Nimonic 86 Perforated Plate has good formability and weldability with exceptional resistance to oxidation and scaling to 1050°C (1920°F).
